How to help your child
Here's how you can help your child...
- Put up zone visuals and tools in your home.
- Talk to your child about how they are feeling and help them to name the emotion.
- Discuss why they might be feeling that way.
- Talk about body cues that help us to recognise how we might be feeling.
- Talk with your child about what tools they could use to help them move zones.
- Give your child positive feedback when they share with you the zone they may
be in.
